General Terms and Conditions
These conditions are an integral part of Oleum technologies' service offering.

1 - Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise explicitly agreed between the client and Oleum Technologies. A late payment fee of 2% per month will be charged.

2 – Warranty
Devices sold by Oleum Technologies are guaranteed for 12 months, parts and labor, against any defects in the equipment or installation if the latter is performed by Oleum Technologies. The warranty does not cover damage to the device caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or improper maintenance.

3 – Customer Responsibility
3 a - Cancellation and postponement of activities
If installation or maintenance work cannot be completed on the scheduled date, the client must notify Oleum Technologies at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, all hours and expenses incurred will be billed according to the service agreement.

3 b – Approval of installations
The client is responsible for approving the location and compliance of the equipment installations carried out by Oleum Technologies. In particular, the client must inform Oleum Technologies of any specific characteristics or risks known to the client that could influence the choice of location.

3c – Modifications to the installation
The client is responsible for informing Oleum Technologies of any planned modifications to the installations and obtaining Oleum Technologies' approval. The client assumes responsibility for any modifications not declared and approved by Oleum Technologies.

3d – Equipment Maintenance
The customer is responsible for periodically checking the condition of the hydraulic hoses and electrical wires and making the necessary corrections for safety and proper operation.
The customer is responsible for keeping the installed equipment clean and in good condition, so as not to impair the proper functioning of the equipment.
The customer will have to bear the costs associated with cartridge breakage caused by their negligence.

3e – Disconnection
In the event that the customer interrupts the filtration service on one of their devices, they are responsible for ensuring that the device is safely disconnected from that device and must inform Oleum technologies.
