Our maintenance process

• SOM1 Installation: Our team installs the SOM1 device base directly onto your machine, ensuring a quick and efficient commissioning.
   

• Sampler filter replacement: The filter cartridge is replaced at regular intervals, adapted to the specific needs of your equipment, by our team or by yours.
   

• Laboratory analysis: Once the cartridge is removed and replaced, it is sent to our laboratory for in-depth analysis:
   

  • Oil sample analysis: We perform a complete analysis of the oil sample collected by the cartridge.

  • Filter element inspection: We examine the contaminated filter element to assess the total amount of contaminants collected during filtration.

  • Customized analysis report: You receive a detailed report via our SOMWeb platform, allowing you to monitor the status of your system in real time.

  • Cartridge refurbishment: The cartridge is carefully refurbished and ready to be reused.
